For the past 20 years, our team has been purchasing, rehabbing and selling residential properties throughout Connecticut, and during this time, we’ve seen ups and downs in our business, the real estate market, and the national economy in general. While it hasn’t been easy, we’re fortunate to have not only survived, but have thrived, even in the face of personal and economic adversity. That’s what having the right team in place with a willingness to work hard will do.

Our mission is simple…to share the knowledge we’ve gained from our 20+ years experience flipping houses, and to teach our students how to avoid the mistakes that trip up so many new investors. With our help, you’ll be able to fast track your business’s growth so you can thrive while others barely survive.

Our Goal

As you likely know, there’s a great deal of information available regarding real estate investing, and in light of this information explosion, our goal is to clear the noise and keep it simple by offering a true mentoring experience, where you have us available to you when you need us, without bogging you down with countless hours of online content and seminars, that will overwhelm and confuse you. Our service will provide you with one-on-one coaching support from the three of us, and your questions will be answered in a matter of hours, not days, so you can get back to work and get your deals done.

Since this is a very hands-on approach to coaching, we will be limiting the number of investors we teach, so we’ll want to know a bit about you, your level of experience, and your goals, before taking you on as a student. While it may be a challenge to gain acceptance into our program, the good news is, once you’re in, you’ll be part of a small group of highly-motivated investors with direct access to our advice, who are destined for success!
